This colour has been aged for you replicating years of natural yellowing.
Originally found on the 1957 Mercury. This colour has a rich history and many many variations. So which is the true Sherwood Green? We've cross referenced this colour from a code and a Fender Custom Shop 63-64 guitar.
It is the Darker/Bluer of the variations. If you're after a lighter/greener sherwood green see our other version (1957).
***If you're after an extremely even darker version that's been seen you'll need to send us a picture for a match. Like our other metallic lacquers, it should be clear coated. A primer is recommended. Used by Fender from 1960-1965.
