Originally found on the 1957 Mercury. This colour has a rich history and many many variations. So which is the true Sherwood Green? We've cross referenced this colour from a code and a Fender Custom Shop 63 Stratocaster that was in the shop. It is the Darker of the variations. If you're after the early (1957) sherwood green which is lighter see our other version. Like our other metallics, it should be clear coated. A primer is recommended. Used by Fender from 1960-1965.
